When I go shopping, the first product which must never miss Is the salad called Red radicchio, rich in beta carotene, and vitamin C,

2°) deactivated brewer’s yeast which contains vitamin complex B,

3°) apples with vitamin C and good for intestine containing pectin,

4°) ginger anti-inflammatory, digestive and fat burning.

5°) Avocado rich in potassium and vitamin B9.

These are among the most important grocery items for me to put everyday on my table.😄,my magnificent five!
