It means: creativity, healing energy.
It is for the inner development and for the health.
Color: orange = energy.
Mantra: vam / vowel: O ( closed)
Manipura – Chakra 3 – self Chakra
It means: self confidence.
It is for strong construction of the self.
Mantra: ram / vowel O ( open)
Color: yellow = wheat fields, light, sun.
Anahata – Chakra 4 -Chakra of the heart
It means: love for humanity.
It is to purify energy and stimulate all Chakra.

It means: communication.
It is for ability to express.
