What’s the most fun way to exercise?

When I want to have fun while I do gymnastics, I turn on the radio and I start to make exercise in movement, dancing, like “Zumba”.
Making these movements, I spend much energy ( good for my health) and , in the same time, with joy, I’m filled with new energy. I make a body-mind work.
Fiore in his gym, did groups of gym in movement, ” the Pulso loco” was one of the names to call this aerobic activity, and I remember the customers were always happy of this class…practically all women, š¤ I mean, women are more attracted than men, by this type of gymnastics.
