What are your daily habits?

My habits, when my mind is empty of thoughts, are healthy: food and lifestyle are two important factors to live well.
My meal is rich of raw vegetables and like habit, every day, I and Fiore, eat salad, carrots, Tropea onions, from Italy, sweet and good, avocado that we alternate, preparing a different dish, always rich in nutrients.
Lifestyle is based on tranquillity and in the morning get up not very early, then in the evening a walking or a bicycle ride give me power, then the day ends, and with Fiore, a glass of red wine is a relaxing idea.š
