I and Fiore, think that is important to follow your own ideas, predispositions, interests in every moment of the life.

“Our lives in our way” this could be our tagline.

We like to be free to create our reality, with all the difficulties involved and in holistic way, without sacrificing a part of us for another. This feeling is the basis of the path started together in the 2013, what we show in Olitime, A work on ourselves, that constantly changing, gives us satisfaction and sometimes perplexity…but that’s life.😀

Be positive

What are the most important things needed to live a good life?

I can have money, much money, but not be happy…why? Because, I think, what we have doesn’t make happyness, instead is what we have inside ourselves, the most important thing, with a positive approach to life.

Be positive is the first step, to live a good life, it’s difficult, I know, but with positivity is possible defeat bad thoughts.

Hearts to wear

In our travels, when we arrive on a beach or, anyway, in a place surrounded by the nature, my eyes look for something to use making jewels… Stones and shells are my favorite.

In Salobreña and in other places I found hearts shaped stones, and I try to make jewels.

If you had to change your name, what would your new name be?

My first name at the registry office is Luigia, and the second Ernesta; these are names a bit “retró and many times I asked my mom why? < Only in memory of your grand mother and g.father> she said me.

When I was teenager, my name were very heavy, for me, but not now.If I had to change it, I ‘d prefer the name ( my name) that I use since my birth, Luisa, same meaning, but is what I respond to and I like it.😉

New look to an old trunk

Acrilica+ fantasy on wood.

This old trunk, I found one time I went to the attic, to take my bike. I used it many times, in my houses, and noticing that it was very ruined, so, I decided to transform it with a new look.😀

Chocoriver bar☕

Describe your dream chocolate bar.

Chocoriver bar

There is in a city, near to a big farm of biscuit, a bar, where the only drinks to serve are prepared with chocolate. Close the bar there is a river, that for some strange reason, has it’s water with a chocolate smell, oh, delicious! Drink it’s water with chocolate taste!

This bar is called ” Chocoriver”, because this river passes through the bar, encouraging people, with it’s fragrance to stop. This year, we’re gone more than one time, to taste all types of chocolate that exist.😋😄

Calves training in motorhome

When doing walking activities or to complete aesthetically body builder training, calf training with gym machines or also free-body, is the right exercise to do.

Calf muscle is behind leg e tibia, under knee. It’s muscles are gastrocnemius, soleus, plantaris.

Other day, Fiore meant to do some training on our motorhome. Calves training is a simple exercise, ideal for tiny spaces.😃

Gianni Rodari, was a famous writer and pedagogist in Italy, and I like very much.

The ability to  write  imaginatively makes him unique, an unconventional writer for children and adult too.😉

On four wheels…Beautiful beaches

May 2024, logbook from Spain

Travelling in Spain, we stopped motorhome in open areas, facing the sea.

Compared to Portugal, currently, Spain is easier to stop.

Motorhomes open area.

Near Aguilas (Murcia) we discovered Praia (beach) Carolina and Praia dos Cocedores, both of volcanic origin, are small bays, where the water is pleasantly warm.

Coming from East, we noticed that, the places warmer in winter are between Alicante and Málaga.

Bread in the morning…very convenient service😋

Typical to notice, the rocks made of fossil shells in which are digged some rooms ( Spain has the tradition of the houses in the rock).
