Apple tour- remembering the first trip

One time, with my best friend Fiore, I took a vacation in a  beautiful place forward the nature, ocean and above all, on the apples road🍏

From Italy by car, we arrived in the Pyrenees, where the nature, with it’s woods is perfect to walking, then after Bilbao we went to Gijon, entering in the full of “rota dela manzana”or apple road.

Out of Gijon, we visited a magic eucalyptus forest, a place near to a lagoon with calm water and the wide beach in front to the walls of water of the big waves…oh what spectacle!😀

These places seemed gone out from a story and, surely, some elf from there, now , he is again travelling with us.

                Wandering around Lombardy

Clusone

We arrived in Lombardy, about seven days ago, after the long period passed out of Italy.

Now we’re in Clusone, Capital of Mountain community of Val Seriana, Bergamo. There are many hotels and for those like me and Fiore, there is a motorhome free area, in a convenient place.

Clusone Is an ancient place, it seems that the first inhabitants were the Orobi in the 1300 b.c., and then with the Romans started iron extraction, typical of these areas.

Beautiful are frescoes of 1400 with the historical centre and the nature, (about 600 metres altitude), is perfect to go on a trip every day, walking or with MTB.😀

Between restaurants and shops,ideal is walking in the main street.in the late afternoon, during the summer.

Are there things you try to practice daily to live a more sustainable lifestyle?

My lifestyle function well when I and Fiore don’t waste.

Living almost all year in a motorhome, we have the advantage of not being able to buy anything we can think of , cause spaces aren’t large, so, we buy only we need, as the primary goods.

Electricity is produced with our solar panels, enough for our needs, and water from the fountains, better than that in plastic bottles.

I make things with recycled woods

Sometimes we try on motorhome to cultivate sprouts, to make oils for body and from already 3 years we make kefir😀.

Then, every time I need something, my inner nature, gives me ideas to create the right thing.

Unfortunately contemporary life is expensive, but there is always a way to make more sustainable the own lifestyle.😉✨

Jeans 👖

If you were forced to wear one outfit over and over again, what would it be?

“jeans for the motorhome’s life are the best” ( Lou)

A pair of jeans, is the better outfit to wear also for a long time.

<Jeans is a special canvas, produced the first time in Genoa, Italy in the XVI century;  it had been called “canvas of Genoa” and it was used for the sails of boats, and then to make the factory worker’s overalls.>

When I’m travelling, often I wear always the same things. Jeans are the basis of my clothing, that I use with a t-shirt and a pair of sneakers 👟or with high heels 👠, are practical.😀

Bulgaria

What countries do you want to visit?

This winter, I and Fiore met Diana and Zari, from Bulgaria. They also in travel to go in Portugal, shared with us a beautiful month in Spain.

They invited us to go in Bulgaria, telling us, that their country has a beautiful natural territory,with the black sea, a little cold in winter.

As they told us, it’s interesting to visit with motorhome,🚌, because has many places where to stop.

P.s. Bulgaria is next Greece, reachable from the south Italy, I think Puglie, passing through Greece, or passing through Trieste, italy, travelling long countries of east Europe as Croatia and Albania.

It’s an idea😀… When we know someone from another country, is nice to immagine to go and visit,a country with special guides as who lives there; An opportunity to take. I don’t know when, cause we thought to visit Sicily in the next travel season, but surely we’ll go.😄👍🏼

Passionate about life💫

What are you passionate about?

<Today I and Fiore are gone to the beach; weather was good and beach was full of people, children were playing, others swam and others, again, enjoyed the pleasure of being in company, life flowed well, like tree sap and I observed them with pleasure and curiosity, because every person is different, is it’s own world.>

Come back to motorhome, we spoke with our neighbors, making time fly… there is joy of life in the air😄.

Life is really amazing, surely to live passionately.💫

What is your favorite season of year? Why?

High Provence, beautiful place in Summer.

I’m born in January, with cold, in a foggy Milan; when arrives a ray of sunshine my soul smiles and I’m more dynamic. Certainly I prefer summer season.

The light of sun is a special energy recharge, and this year, I had the right conditions, before starting season, to go to the beach, to swim in the sea, feeling well and regenerated. only thing that I cannot stand high temperatures, until 30°C it’s ok, but over, I’m looking for fresh air…and for this I’m organize, our chalet in mountain is already ready, in the next week’s, we’ll go  in the middle of the mountains, continuing our care of “the fresh sun”.😀

On four wheels…Beautiful beaches

May 2024, logbook from Spain

Travelling in Spain, we stopped motorhome in open areas, facing the sea.

Compared to Portugal, currently, Spain is easier to stop.

Near Aguilas (Murcia) we discovered Praia (beach) Carolina and Praia dos Cocedores, both of volcanic origin, are small bays, where the water is pleasantly warm.

Coming from East, we noticed that, the places warmer in winter are between Alicante and Málaga.

Bread in the morning…very convenient service😋

Typical to notice, the rocks made of fossil shells in which are digged some rooms ( Spain has the tradition of the houses in the rock).
