A confidence injection💉

What’s the thing you’re most scared to do? What would it take to get you to do it?

After injection😁

When I have to do something for me very important, sometimes I tend to delay it, for fear of not being able to achieve it.

I scared to do it because, I think, for that situation, I don’t feel me strong enough. More the interest is important, and more long are the activation times… I have always an excuse < I don’t have the time now…I’ll do it tomorrow> < I have to prepare, I have to get better.>

Maybe, it’s an unconscious excuse to avoid testing myself. I’m afraid it’s a failure or doing a speech more deeply, I can say that realizing what I care about a lot, my dream would end😱.

However, a confidence injection per day, I think is the right solution.😄 Tomorrow I’m going to the doctor, to get a prescription😁.

I admit, I’m a complainer

What do you complain about the most?

I admit, I’m a complainer.

There are days I complain about everything, to the point of not remembering what I’m complaining about.😁

Maybe, this happens when it’s full moon…and I feel like a werewolf?

My favourite victim is Fiore, my husband…generally the theme is the house that doesn’t tidy up well and if he touches the right button the story goes on a whole day.

Then…

In the motorhome, the tight space can make us nervous, so it’s easy complain of something, and when arrives the moment to go shopping, oh no, I don’t like! <Go alone, but buy all we need>.

Complains for the time never enough to do everything, complains for something that went wrong, for the weather not much, but, you know, that a complain calls another, so, it’s possible complains for nothing!

Fortunately, writing songs helps me keep quiet…my thoughts are more pleasant in song form and, at the end I always say what I’m thinking, however, on this, I still have to work on it some more.

And you never complain?

Artistic ice skating

What are your favorite sports to watch and play?

It’s a long time since I went ice skating. I learned in “Zambla Alta”, in a small skating ring, then I really liked going to the ice rink, in Milan, on Saturday afternoon, this for all my adolescence.

I made ice skating not artistic, but I was enough good.

Now, at my home, in camping, and too here in Portugal, there are ice rinks, but are almost always for children not sufficient big for adults and… I’m still able?, I’m older, but I think that ice skating is like ” going with bicycle” one time is learned it doesn’t forget more😄… But pay attention about falling!🤕

Ice skating, for me, is to play and to watch

Holidays on ice, beautiful show, I’ve seen it, more than once, it’s technique and fantasy together, surely, to go and see it. After seeing it, ice skating remains in the heart. Watch it on tv, isn’t like live, but is however captivating, in it’s being both dynamic and romantic.

Lucky numbers

What would you do if you won the lottery?

it was a winter morning like others, cold and asleep; I didn’t feel like getting up.Out the door there was the fog, who wanted to go to work?

With my eyes closed I arrived in the kitchen, a quick coffee and then, off we go! The train didn’t waiting for me. There was a short stretch of road to get to the train station and my autobianchi still had good pickup.Door at my shoulders and in ten minutes I was already on the train.

The moving train with the chatter of commuters put me to sleep. My head was falling, some words, as “lottery” reached my ears and in that half-asleep I didn’t know if they were real.Vicenza, Vicenza station!, <oh, I’m arrived.>

I went into a bar and I bought one lottery ticket, who was talking about it? This year, the befana instead of coal, will fill my sock with money. I put the ticket in the purse and I went to work.

January 6th. On television we’re talking about the lottery; the extraction had already been done; I took the ticket from the purse and, <oh my god…I am the winner, my numbers are those lucky one.>

Now? What to do?

I communicated publicly to be the winner and I started helping people in difficulty.

But, the requests became more and more pressing and people came at the house…. One morning I found a river of people in front of my door.Impossible go out! Then a voice: <excuse, are you coming down?> <Well, who, what? where am I?>My eyes opened instantly, < I have to go down!> I made space among the people and right after getting off from the train, I put my hand in the purse to look for the lottery ticket. < But, where is it? Oh, I didn’t buy it. It was just a dream.>… Luckily.😉

And, the lucky numbers? If I’ll remember, I’ll play at the super-jackpot lottery😄.

Jonathan Livingston Seagull

What books do you want to read?

” you have the freedom to be yourself, your true self, here and now, and nothing can stand in your way”.
( Jonathan Livingston Seagull,Richard Bach)

One of the best reads is “Jonathan Livingston Seagull”, written by Richard Bach.

I’ve read this beautiful story more than one time and is always true…it feels me, every time, an indispensable piece of universe and it gives me also the idea to be able to do what I want, by overcoming everything.

The words and the thoughts that hover in the air together with Jonathan are energy of life, which in my opinion, each of us should breath, to load, and to be more aware of ourselves, especially now, that the freedom to be oneself is in danger.

I love fly high and my way.

Jonathan on the earth…what will he be thinking?🤔

Street Art in Portimão

Congratulations to the artist😀

Strudel, a sweet tradition😋

Write about a few of your favorite family traditions.

My family, don’t never have had traditions passed throw generations, but for the great passion of my dad for cooking, I inherited in my memory some recipes, typical of Milan, as “casola” “tripe” and from Cremona “pumpkin tortelli” and the cake called “sbrisolona”.

A cooking tradition created directly from my dad and his curiosity, is “Strudel” a Trentino alto Adige recipe.

<<My dad loved walking on Dolomiti, famous mountains in Trentino alto Adige. Every years, on summer ,with my uncle Franco and his family, we went always to Molveno in a hotel, where there was to work, a chef, who made a very good Strudel.

<A special Strudel needs passion, better have some Tyrolean genes😄, sweet apples typical of that area, raisins, cinnamon, pine nuts, sugar and puff pastry.>

I was saying… My dad, with Franco, his best friend, every day, after the walk, went to visit the cook in the kitchen and once they became familiar, he managed to have the secret of a delicious Strudel revealed only to him and to uncle Franco!>>.

Oh, I cannot reveal the secret to you; only my dad and uncle Franco knew it. I watched him, make it, many times, I can say I learned well, making an excellent Strudel, now with my variant, but the touch of my dad is irreproducible, it will always remain in my memory of taste.

I imagine that, in this moment, the two friends, will still be preparing a delicious Strudel…I can smell it.

Walking, to be air🌀

What do you enjoy doing most in your leisure time?

Walking, for me, is like immersing myself in another dimension, staying without time, to be air, in moviment.

Whether I am in a city or in the mountain or other place, the most relaxing activity, for me is walking.

Sometimes I walk to think, my mind “processes data”😄 and so, moviment is good for me, to make decisions.

In the nature, I walk listening the sound of the birds and that of the leaf on the branches moved by the wind.

In the mountain, the effort to reach the top is nothing respect to satisfaction to see the world from above…from another perspective🙃

In the cities, with great curiosity, I like doing the slalom between the monuments, churches and artistic works.

In my leisure time, I like walking.

Curó refuge

Name an attraction or town close to home that you still haven’t got around to visiting.

Close my new home, in Valbondione, Alta Val Seriana, Bergamo,Lombardia, there are more than one refuge…Curó refuge is the next I want to go and visit.

Walking, in three hours is reachable, with a medium difficulty path.

Curó refuge is at 1915 m above the sea level and it is surrounded in the beautiful nature of the natural park of Orobie bergamasche.

Gallo forcella, Orobie Park symbol.

Funny is …

List five things you do for fun.

Funny is… What makes me smile😄

Dancing…all night long and then stay with friends until dawn 🤔 mmm I did one upon a time, now less, but is always a good and funny idea. I think “Taranta” Is the best to dance, for fun.

Play tambourine is a game that I like much. I always have with me my old tambourines and when is possible to play I’m very happy, especially if the other is my husband😁 and then is good for health.

Skiing in the snow…since I was two years old. This is to remember for the next year. Now I’m in Portugal, warm weather like a spring, but at my home in the mountains there is snow and a cross-country track very nice. Only negative point: is very cold, today the temperature was between +4° and -8 🥶.

Go for medieval fairs. I got married during the Beltane festival, in Italy, Piemonte, very nice and funny dancing with Celtic music, dress in medieval clothes and drinking “sidra”.

Invent fantasy stories in my mind, is a funny practice.I have a fervent imagination, it’s like dreaming with open eyes. To try.

In words “I love you”😘

If you could make your pet understand one thing, what would it be?

My cat Grisú, already understands everything, As my others pets of the past, it is always present in my daily life and it is very smart.

It is blind for an accident with a car, but with great recovery capacity it reinvented it’s life, developing it’s other senses more and in fact, with it’s third eyes, it’s able to observe all of what I’m doing.

It is a cat of few words, he likes to be caressed while dozing and, while it’s eating, it wants me to put it’s food in a mound…I could tell it < oh spoiled cat>, but it is so sweet and kind.

It knows my emotions, but I’d like Grisú spoke my same language, so to understand also in words “I love you”😘.
