What strategies do you use to cope with negative feelings?
“Like wind, I blow away the clouds from my mind” ( my thought)

I am a great observer of everything is around me. When something happens or not but, I’m feeling of negative mood, I wonder me why? Could be I am with ” the bad moon”, or there’s something bothering me about the situation I’m in.
The strategies to cope this feeling are:
in the first case, I block what I’m doing, if I can, and go walking or go sleeping, to reset my brain, actually I also use to write song lyrics, to pull out what’s inside me,and feel free from that sensation before;
in the second case, I think what’s happened and usually, my strategy is to cut with that situation and go beyond, is this, sometimes, for work or love reasons and friendship.
I like,on me, only good feelings, so, after the analysis there is the instinct telling me to react immediately, so as not to burden my life.😀
