Following my intuitions

How do you practice self-care?

If I do something wrong for myself, I instantly have a mood change, feeling me inappropriate: this is a bad situation for the good health of physique and mind. The good situation is follow own intuitions,staying well.

So, I prefer, every day, make a bit of fitness,with also energetic exercises ,and, if with Fiore, is better😄 and then, I practic  self-care, eating healthy food and doing only what I want…maintaining my immune defenses high.
