A good ride🚴🏼

Describe one simple thing you do that brings joy to your life.

Logbook from Sanremo, Liguria, Italy

Yesterday, my bicycle was ready, to fly in the blue of another sky. The last time was in Salobreña, Spain; now, after seven months in Iberian peninsula, we are back in Italy, with the first stop in Sanremo, beautiful city of the “Riviera of flowers”, famous for the music festival in all over the world.

I got on the bike and go, along the coast, with air in my hair; on the right, there are the beaches, and everywhere there is flower scent. Occasionally I stopped me to see the landscape, and then, going straight, towards the road back, accompanied by the sun again high, I observe people celebrate the starting of summer, and beaches are yet crowded of smiles😀.

I pedal as I were flying, light, fast and this simple thing , gives joy to me.

Meditative phase🌛🌜

How do you know when it’s time to unplug? What do you do to make it happen?

I don’t want to work anymore, I need a break and if someone ask me  of this…I’ll tell a probable holiday😉 then, better if I keep my cell phone turned off. I wanna stay alone.

The last one time I did this, was in Milan, after my dad’s death. I was “empty”, I stayed always walking and my work life was ended; so I went to live in the mountains and started a new different life for me.

This is my unplug moment and for this, I boycott myself to do anything else. Now I’m in meditative phase, just I want walking in the nature, relaxing with a good book or watching movies, leaving that the new building moment naturally arrives.

What quality do you value most in a friend?

Dear friend, I ‘m always happy to meet you, during my travels and after. You are in every part of my world knowed, We eat together, we drink and we sing with the smile on our face… It’s so amazing!😃

When I’m sad, you help me to overcome the problem and when the happiness is here, you and I share our cheerfulness. If you ask me, if is all ok, I appreciate your discretion and respect, waiting the moment I want to speak with you, without interfering in my life, this is the quality I value most in you. Thanks.🌈

Different jobs for different moments.

What jobs have you had?

Antistress massages need  a relaxing environment…😉

In the world of Jobs I worked in different ways.

When I’m studying again, I did the experience of telemarketing; in Italy, at the end of 90s, it was a new job, pioneering. I worked half day and when I came home, my mind was melted…too much time on the phone🥴.

Followed creative jobs, manual displayer for furniture, goldsmith, and sometimes some washing of dishes at my friends’ restaurant in Vicenza.

At the end, my last job was masseuse antistress, combined with my knowledged on food science and the use of energy, with reiki, with stones.

That last job was very interesting, because I helped people and it was nice seeing them well.😃 Now, I have the house in the mountains and I don’t know if there will be demand, but I’ll try.

My belief

Do you practice religion?

Flowers make part of the wonders of universe

Religions are ways to direct people in that which it says is the right direction; often we feel need to be helped and religions give us a hand.

They ask belief, with the dogmas of faith…for me is difficult.

I don’t practice religion, but I agree the sense of spirituality and the principle of fraternity that there is as a basis of religions.

Looking around me, I hear beating the good heart of human being and I feel that the universal love, that can moves everything, is great.

This is my belief.❤️

My arts✨✨✨

What are you good at?

My arts, from my mind, my heart and my hands, are my treasure, a good part of me.

I started to create with my hands, a day that I didn’t want to sleep in the afternoon: this is my kindergarten period, I was very sunny, always smiling and my teachers let me express myself. Woolly chick 🐥 I have spoken in past post, was one of my works😀.

Drawings of Chinese landscapes, full of fantasy., were my second skill… Together  my pleasure to go freely around. My trip spirit was already live.

Then, during my adolescence, started to write and now, I’m doing again with a great pleasure, I’m happy to reconnect me with that period, a little tormented, just a bit like now.

My present arts, like jewels, are spontaneous and studied too, to use in the adult world, but I’m feeling a little girl again🤔 and I like very much my first freely spirit, that pushes me to go, out of my known, and , I’m good to be so.✨✨✨

Grass I want…🍃

What does “having it all” mean to you? Is it attainable?

“Grass I want grows only in the King’s garden”
Smiling we go on, to having it all we want.😃

I think that, if you want something, you can do the possible to obtain it, but sometimes it isn’t so. Why?🤔 It seems there is an inexplicable mechanism who boycotts the project: maybe the society in which we live or more simply ourselves with our fears. It’s possible, but also that the subconscious doesn’t want that thing and repeat in my mind < grass I want, grows only in the King’s garden>, like it said one time.

Having do life experiences, I need, today like today , to know, before, my real interests and give myself all the time I need, to realize it.

Achieve step by step every goal I thought, means ” having it all and, in this way, I’m the Queen of my garden and the grass I want, will grow well, like that of the King.😉🍃

What personal belongings do you hold most dear?

When I was a little girl, I liked to make hand works. One time at school I made a woolly chick and I gifted my mom for her birthday. She put it in a cabinet in the living room and now is here, with me, again, my little woolly chick.🐥
