Slow awakening- long breakfast🌞

What are your morning rituals? What does the first hour of your day look like?

Thinking to wake up early morning… Oh no! It’s dramatic.

When I was a little girl,to go to school, I woke up at about seven a.m.and the first half hour, I still sleeping, in the bathroom, sitting on the toilet🥴.

Wake up in the morning, at 8.30/9.00 a.m. is ideal for me and fortunately also for Fiore and Grisú that is a sleepyhead too.

I know it says ” the morning has gold in mouth”, but I prefer afternoon.

Our first hour look like a relaxed, slow awaking, I sit on the sofa, Grisú near me, Fiore, give us water to drink,not more of 37°, with powder of ginger, turmeric and horsetail and little warm for Grisú too and with this habit, starts morning ritual:

Flaxseed to chew, rich in Omega-3, good to improve memory, fruit with fibers and vitamins, like apple  ( vit. C and pectine) that there is always ” an apple every day, keep the doctor away”😄, avocado ( vit. B group, I, PP, A, potassium, fats), sometimes banana and beetroot, when we find it.

Oat flakes, jam and coconut butter with bread and long coffee, complete the breakfast that is, for us, a brunch, not much Italian, I know. Together, we help Grisú eating, while we talk a lot of many things.

We allow ourselves to take the morning in this way, because for our biorhythm is good. I think, is better follows own needs, if it’s possible.
