Walking, to be air🌀

What do you enjoy doing most in your leisure time?

Walking, for me, is like immersing myself in another dimension, staying without time, to be air, in moviment.

Whether I am in a city or in the mountain or other place, the most relaxing activity, for me is walking.

Sometimes I walk to think, my mind “processes data”😄 and so, moviment is good for me, to make decisions.

In the nature, I walk listening the sound of the birds and that of the leaf on the branches moved by the wind.

In the mountain, the effort to reach the top is nothing respect to satisfaction to see the world from above…from another perspective🙃

In the cities, with great curiosity, I like doing the slalom between the monuments, churches and artistic works.

In my leisure time, I like walking.

Hi ,Justin thank you to appreciate my writing.When I’m walking, a little like when I’m writing, I exclude myself from everything and I think I’m more sensitive to the subtle energies that are around us.In the last two years, every time I’m walking, I find heart shaped stones and sometimes in cities , you meet special people.🙂
